🔹 About Epic Horizon:
Epic Horizon is an adventure travel business specializing in outdoor adventure & yoga retreats. We blend hiking, kayaking, hot springs, and outdoor exploration with twice-daily yoga sessions in stunning locations.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking fit, active yoga instructors who also have experience leading hiking and outdoor adventure activities.  Ideal candidates will:
✅ Teach twice-daily yoga (Vinyasa/Power in the morning, Yin/Restorative in the evening)
✅ Guide small groups on hikes & outdoor activities (experienced hiker with group kayak knowledge, familiar with local trails)
✅ Drive the group between activities (van or SUV rental provided)
✅ Be regional-based (can lead multiple retreats within their area)
✅ Have strong leadership, safety awareness, and an independent work style

🌿 Job Responsibilities

✔️ Lead twice-daily yoga sessions (Vinyasa/Power in the morning, Restorative/Yin in the evening).
✔️ Guide guests through outdoor adventures such as hiking moderate to challenging trails, kayaking, or exploring local landscapes.
✔️ Facilitate a transformative retreat experience through movement, mindfulness, and adventure.
✔️ Be familiar with the local area, culture, and outdoor activities in your assigned region.
✔️ Help create a welcoming, community-oriented experience for guests.
✔️ Maintain a high level of professionalism and leadership as a retreat guide.
✔️ Drive a van or rental vehicle to transport a small group between retreat activities

🔹 Ideal Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200+) with a strong personal practice.
✔️ Outdoor Enthusiast: Comfortable guiding & managing groups outdoors. Experience in hiking, adventure activities, and outdoor leadership. Capable of hiking up to 10 miles with at least 3,000 ft elevation gain.  Familiar with local trail and trail conditions.
✔️ Passion for Travel & Teaching: A love for leading transformative experiences.
✔️ Ability to Drive Guests: Valid U.S. driver’s license & experience driving small groups. Must be comfortable with rental vans or guest transport.
✔️ Commitment to Leading Multiple Retreats Per Year in regional locations.
✔️ Strong Leadership & People Skills: Ability to hold space for a group and create a positive retreat environment.

✔️ First Aid/Wilderness Safety Certification (preferred but not required)
