ABOUT MONICA
Monica Wang, Founder of Epic Horizon
Monica is a highly motivated and energetic yoga teacher, outdoor adventure enthusiast, mountain lover, world traveler, seasoned business professional and mom of two. Her life passion is to live, discover and share her life's journey to empower others.
Monica is passionate about helping clients strengthen their bodies through yoga and outdoor activities; find inner peace; build strength, balance, and flexibility; reduce stress and enhance physical and emotional well-being.
Monica is committed to providing high quality, enjoyable, fun and inspiring learning experience for clients. She is comfortable working with people of all ages.
Monica is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200 and RCYT) and has completed several certification programs including Mindfulness Practice, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, 95 Hour Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher Training, as well as 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Monica is an expert in communication and interpersonal skills. She has been business mentor and coach for veterans and others in realizing their goals both professionally and personally. Monica earned an MBA from University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with focus in Global Operation Management and obtained a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Colorado is home to Monica and her family.
